• Drivers License
• Residence Documentation
• National Identity Card

Temporary residence permits or other forms of similar IDs are not acceptable. 

The document:

• Needs to be a government-issued document.
• Needs to show all four corners and not cropped.
• Needs to show that you are 18 or over.
• Needs to be valid/in-date.
• We do not accept screenshots from a desktop/mobile device
• The document must state your Date of Birth.
• Please ensure the document is not password protected.

*Clients aged under 18 years old will have their accounts disabled instantly.
