How can I Report a Problem with a Trade on Nash Markets?

Trade problems should be reported by opening a ticket. 

 

In that ticket, please include your Trader Account number and the Trade ID of the problem trade.

Once we have this information, our Support Specialists will escalate your issue to our Trade Specialists.
