If you notice that your account is locked, contact one of our Support agents and they will be able to assist you accordingly.
Your account will automatically lock if one of the following has occurred:
1. An Internal Transfer was not processed successfully and you will need to transfer the funds again.
2. There was a technical error where the system was not sure if the funds were actually transferred. The system automatically locks the account to make sure that there are no more errors.
3. You might have forgotten your password and tried to input different password variations which after a certain amount of tries, will lock the account in the best interest of your safety. If this is the case, one of our Support agents will need to assist you in regaining access.
