Deposit Bonus T&Cs
These are the standard Terms and Conditions for a Limited time 10% Deposit Reward available to Nash Markets Clients.
- Deposit reward promotion is valid between the ‘valid from’ and ‘valid to’ dates, or for the specified number of bonuses communicated in each promotional email sent from the broker to the customer
- The Deposit Reward will be sent as a credit amount to the Client MT4 account. Said amount will be released from said credit account by engaging in a minimum level of trading.
- Each Client can claim the Deposit Reward on a deposit that has not been used to claim any other reward of any other available promotion.
- For this promotion, traders can only trade and calculate the volume for Forex pairs, Metals, and Cryptos. All other Instruments are excluded.
- The Deposit Reward offered is 10% of the deposited amount and the maximum Deposit Reward is €£$ 5000 per Client. After successfully making a transfer of funds, the Client will receive the Deposit Reward in his or her respective MT4 account.
- The Deposit Reward will be issued as Credit into the MT4 account within 24 hours of transfer.
- Eligible Clients will receive the Deposit Reward on every deposit made into their account within 30 days. No bonus will be received on Subsequent Deposits.
- A Client must trade at least 1 standard lot per each £$€ 5 of the Deposit Reward collected to transfer a Deposit Reward from the credit account into balance,
- If the required number of lots has not been reached, the account balance has returned to £$€ 0, or in the case that any funds are withdrawn before the required amount of lots has been traded, the remaining Deposit Reward will be removed from the credit.
- Any part of the Deposit Reward can be withdrawn once the total of lots required to withdraw the entire Deposit Reward has been traded.
- Only after the required number of lots has been reached to transfer all Credit to Balance, will the promotional funds become the property of the Client. Any Credit on the account remains the Property of the Brand until such time.
- If the equity in the account is less than or equal to the credit amount, remaining credit will be removed from the account, which may result in trades being stopped out.
- Nash Markets has the right to change the terms of the Deposit & Trade Bonus or cancel it at any time.
- Nash Markets reserves the right to disqualify any user if there is any suspicion of misuse or abuse of fair rules of the Deposit Bonus terms.
